Where can I reach out for questions / concerns?

All customer concerns can be sent to awipmerch@gmail.com for a response within 1-3 business days. Please reach out to us within 30 days for any issues regarding tracking, lost packages, etc.

When will my items ship? 

  1. Pre-Orders: All pre-order items are expected to shipped an estimated 4-8 weeks after pre-order launch. All orders will receive email confirmation once items have shipped! If you have any questions regarding your order please reach out to us at awipmerch@gmail.com.
  2. Limited Quantities / In-Stocks: All limited quantity or 'in-stock' items will remain available for purchase until all sizes have been sold out. Certain items may be restocked due to demand. Orders will typically ship within 3-7 business days when in stock.

Washing / drying instructions?

All shirts, hoodies, etc are recommended for washing on cold, and hang-drying only to retain full quality. We typically use high quality, soft garments & machine drying may result in shrinking & damage.

Can I change or add to my order?

Yes, provided it has not shipped, we can change or add to your order! For any questions or concerns about an existing order, please contact us directly via email at awipmerch@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, please note all cancellations are subject to additional fees due to irreversible transaction fees charged by card providers. Please reach out to us at awipmerch@gmail.com for any questions related to cancellation.

Can I return my items? 

We do not offer returns. Please be sure to ensure your order details are correct before shipped, and kindly refer to sizing charts in all item descriptions for sizing. Any dyed items fluctuate due to dying processes and may not appear 100% the same as pictured.

We may offer refunds on lost, damaged items - if you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly via email at awipmerch@gmail.com.  

Will my items ship separately or together?

If your order contains multiple items (consisting of pre-orders, in-stocks, or delayed items) - your order will ship once all items are in stock. If you wish to have your items ship separately, please make a separate order for any pre-order items or feel free to contact us at awipmerch@gmail.com for any questions!

Does my purchase directly help A WAKE IN PROVIDENCE?

Yes! This store is a collaboration between A WAKE IN PROVIDENCE and SPIRAL SUPPLY CO, all items are packaged & shipped by hand.  Proceeds go towards our future endeavours: new music, merch, content, touring, and more.
